i had a room on the top floor and there was a balcony. a coffee maker and a hair dryer were available in the room. the shower was great. the front desk staff was helpful (especially when i needed directions).

the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful apartments. a tram stop is situated right across from the hotel, which provides easy access to the entire city. it is about a twenty-minute walk into town.

the front desk staff provided early check-in after my long flight. the cleaning service came every day and tidied up the room. the lady that assisted with the buffet brunch was very friendly and helpful, she assisted with my coffee.

the staff was helpful. they held our luggage while we waited. the room was clean with good amenities. the bathroom was spacious.

the breakfast was not top quality. the woman there refilled orange juice from an economy brand. there was no more bread at 9 am. this same woman said my dog was not allowed even though it was a service dog.
